Privacy Policy for Paint By Paddle
Last updated: 29 September 2026
The short version
Paint By Paddle does not collect, share or sell any personal data. The little it saves to remember your game stays on your iPhone. There is nothing to opt out of and no account to delete.
What the app does and does not do
- No accounts and no sign-in. You never enter a name, e-mail address or password.
- No advertising, analytics or tracking. The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking code (no third-party SDKs, the ready-made software pieces other companies provide for ads or statistics).
- No internet connection needed. The game works fully offline. The “Privacy policy” button in the game’s Settings opens this page in Safari; the game itself sends nothing to the developer.
- What the game saves. To remember your game, it saves on your iPhone which pictures you have painted, your best times (and whether you painted a picture without losing a ball), and your settings (sound on or off, reduce effects, and whether you have already moved the paddle, so the hint stops showing). This is never sent to the developer or anyone else (it is included in your own iPhone backups, like any app’s data). Deleting the app deletes it from your iPhone.
- Children. Because the app collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children either.
App Store privacy label
On the App Store, Paint By Paddle is listed as Data Not Collected, Apple’s label for apps that collect no data at all.
Changes to this policy
If a future version of the game ever changes any of the above (for example by adding online features), this page and the App Store listing will be updated before that version is released, and the date at the top will change.
